HALLOWEEN AND COLOR CONTACT LENS RETURN POLICYHaunted Eyes is committed to the total satisfaction of our customers.Unopened sealed glass vials can be returned within 15 days of purchase for a refund, less a 25% re-stocking fee and shipping and handling charges. Open products, that are defective in some way, can be returned for inspection by our staff. If it is determined that the product is defective, a replacement item will be sent. Before returning any merchandise, please email us at returns@hauntedeyes.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This RMA number must be enclosed with the returned products. There are no returns or refunds for Custom or Theatrical Lenses. Your order will not ship until we verify your prescription. If you provide false doctor information or your doctor fails to verify your Rx, a 25% restock fee applies. |
